Liam Neeson Says He’s ‘Madly In Love’ With Co-Star Pamela Anderson

We all know that Liam Neeson has a very particular set of skills — but we didn’t know he had the ability to be a sweetie pie.
The “Taken” star told People in an interview published last week that he thinks Pamela Anderson is “terrific.”
The two actors worked together on the upcoming “Naked Gun” reboot — and although the “Baywatch” bombshell and the guy who played Oskar Schindler seem like the last two people you’d imagine in a screwball comedy, it sounds like they had a lot of laughs together.
“With Pamela, first off, I’m madly in love with her. She’s just terrific to work with,” Neeson told People. “I can’t compliment her enough, I’ll be honest with you. No huge ego. She just comes in to do the work. She’s funny and so easy to work with. She’s going to be terrific in the film.”
Anderson had oodles of praise for Neeson as well, telling People the action star has serious comic chops.
“It was hard to keep a straight face in scenes together,” the “Love, Pamela” author said of her co-star, whom she called “humble.”
Anderson told the outlet that Neeson is “the perfect gentleman,” and that he “sincerely looked after me — wrapped his coat around me when I was cold.”
“He brings out the best in you… with respect, kindness and depth of experience,” Anderson said. “It was an absolute honor to work with him.”

Neeson has spoken out before about the need for equitable treatment for women in the entertainment industry. In 2018, he told The Associated Press that the gender wage gap in Hollywood “is fucking disgraceful.”
“We started it,” he said at the time. “So we have to be part of the solution.”
When the AP asked Neeson if he’d take a pay cut so that a female co-star could receive equal pay, he responded: “Pay cut? No, no, no, no, no. That’s going too far.”
